pre-sales

Provide relevant information and drawings required by users.

Provide small-scale process experiments in order to select the best process and equipment.

Help users to select equipment.

Design the installation mode of the equipment according to the room diagram provided by the user.

after sales service

We send someone to guide the installation and commissioning of the equipment.

Provide relevant information for GMP certification.

Train 2 / 4 operation staff and simple maintenance staff for users.

Once a half-year return visit to the equipment sold, in case of failure, the telephone guidance maintenance first, if the telephone guidance can not be resolved, within the warranty period our personnel within 48 hours after receiving notice to arrive at the site of the user for processing.

The equipment failure caused by the supplier during the warranty period shall be maintained by the Supplier for free. In addition to the warranty period, the corresponding accessories and maintenance expenses shall be borne by the Purchaser.

Supplier provides effective technical support and consultation for a long time.
